In order to prepare this dish, you need to boil up your eggs, 3-4 minutes in boiling water should be all they need. The eggs need to be peeled and left to the side.
Whilst the eggs are boiling, cut your avocados in half and then scoop out the stone in the middle. The flesh of the avocado should be taken out with a spoon, chopped up or mashed to your taste before being placed in a bowl.
Once your eggs are boiled, peel them, chop them in half and add them to the bowl with the mashed avocado. You will need to add the salt, pepper and paprika to taste, before tucking in to your delicious and healthy dish.
